Plans and limits

Every plan includes at least 1 active Discord server install and 1 Notion workspace connection per subscription. Team and Pro can connect more, up to the limits below. Each saved notification, summary, command, page list, or panel uses one Notion workspace and one Discord server destination at a time. Every subscription can also have one optional personal install limited to DM notifications, DM summaries, and /find when you do not want NotiCord connected to a server. It does not add channel delivery, custom commands, Discord panels, or the viewer. The subscription owner is the only role that can manage billing. Your Discord server can have any number of members. Plan limits apply to members, notifications, connections, and saved workflows.

Trial rules

The free trial lasts 14 days, starts on the Team plan, does not require a credit card, and lets you switch between Solo, Team, and Pro in Billing without starting checkout.

What counts toward monthly notification usage

What happens when you hit quota

If you hit the monthly notification quota, new notification deliveries stop until the next usage period or until you move to a plan with more quota.

Saved rules, scheduled summaries, commands, and page lists stay visible so you can still review and edit the setup.

Paid subscriptions can buy extra capacity from the Billing page:

Extra notification rules

Adds 1 notification rule for $1/month. Self-serve cap: 25 extra rules.

Extra notification volume

Adds 1,000 notifications/month for $5/month. Self-serve cap: 50,000 extra notifications.

Extra create commands

Adds 1 create command for $2/month. Self-serve cap: 25 extra create commands.

Extra page lists

Adds 1 page list for $2/month. Self-serve cap: 25 extra page lists.

Extra scheduled summaries

Adds 1 scheduled summary for $2/month. Self-serve cap: 25 extra summaries.

Subscription owners use the Billing page in the app to manage add-ons and billing details. Admins and members who want their own workspace can start a separate subscription from the app.
