Withdrawal Instructions

If you are a consumer, or a sole proprietor entitled to consumer-like withdrawal rights under applicable Polish law, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, unless a statutory exception applies.

To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement:

• by email to contact@firnity.com, or
• in writing to: Firnity (full business name: Łukasz Wiatrak Firnity), ul. Zamknięta 10, lok. 1.5, 30-554 Kraków, Poland.

Sending your statement before the 14-day deadline is sufficient.

Annex 1 - Model Withdrawal Form
